These draft terms describe the intended product boundary. They are not the final legal agreement and must be reviewed, linked, and kept consistent with the submitted binary and any Apple subscription configuration.
Planning assistant only
Panno helps organize user-entered or user-reviewed kitchen information and suggest meals. It is not a food-safety authority, medical or nutrition service, allergen guarantee, retailer, or substitute for package labels, storage guidance, or professional advice.
User responsibility
You choose what to capture, review, cook, buy, and eat. Check ingredients, dates, quantities, storage, and your own dietary care plan before relying on a suggestion.
Local data
The local core is designed to work without an account. Export and delete local data from Settings. A future hosted feature will require separate terms for account access, sync, retention, and deletion.
Subscriptions
Panno Plus unlocks the constraint-aware one-tap week builder. The remotely managed App Store offer must show the product, duration, full renewal price, any trial terms, privacy policy, terms, and restore path before confirmation. Apple handles billing and subscription management; the free core remains usable without subscribing.
Changes and support
Product capabilities, prices, and terms may change only with clear notice and a reviewed release. Beta support is available at support@pannoapp.com.
